For this reason, AMI has created a range of support and warranty services that encompass several tiers of support for the StorTrends product line. AMI’s flexible approach allows customers to bundle these services, or choose them à la carte in order to build a warranty and support solution that best fits individual needs and budget. AMI has also created this website as the first point of contact for those wishing trying to make the most of their StorTrends appliances.

Support and Warranty Overview
AMI offers two levels of Technical Support (Basic and Advanced) along with Standard (one year) and Extended (three year) warranty coverage packages. The optional support and warranty coverage can be purchased individually or combined according to a customer’s wishes. Both the Standard and Extended warranty plans include Basic Technical Support with an AMI Technical Support Specialist available from 9:00am to 5:00pm ET.
Advanced 24/7 Technical Support includes 24x7 phone support via our Technical Support Center, seven days a week, as well as Next Business Day (NBD) Hardware Replacement for replaceable items such as hard drives and hard drive assemblies, power supplies and cooling fans.
AMI’s Standard One Year hardware and software warranty coverage is free of charge and included with each StorTrends product; the Extended Three Year warranty is available for an additional fee.
For on-site hardware support, our Next Business Day (NBD) Hardware Replacement plan covers most locations in North America; software support is covered under either the standard or extended warranty plans.
