Support and Warranty Overview
AMI offers two levels of Technical Support: StorAID™ and StorAID™ Plus. Both support packages are offered in both standard one year and optional extended three year warranty packages. The optional three year support and warranty coverage can be purchased individually or combined according to a customer’s wishes. Both StorAID and StorAID Plus include 24x7 Technical Phone Support, hardware and software warranty coverage of the StorTrends appliance and replacement of the StorTrends appliance or any of the FRU (Field Replaceable Unit) components - such as the hard drives, hard drive assemblies, power supplies and cooling fans of most StorTrends models, in either Next Business Day (NBD) or 4 Hour onsite options.
For on-site hardware support, our Next Business Day (NBD) and 4 Hour Hardware Replacement plans covers most locations in North America; software support is covered under either the one year or three year warranty plans.
